Birth Doula

Two to three prenatal appointments, care during active labor until two hours postpartum, followed by two postpartum visits during the first two weeks.
Postpartum Care
16 hour package minimum
Visits of three to four hours during the daytime for infant and family support.
Night Doula Care
10 hours per night 9pm to 7am or 10pm to 8am
Assistance overnight caring and soothing your infant. Bottle feeding or bringing them to nurse with you as needed.
Lactation Counseling Session
80 to 120 mins

An assessment of infant feeding priorities along with sharing techniques and resources. Unlimited text follow up for a month following.
